Thank you all for your prayers. Becky platelett count today was 61,000 !!! yesterday it was 36,000 that is how much they are coming up!!! She still has the IV line in but they disconnected her from the iv itself. So she can walk around without taking her IV buddy. Her color is good and her kidney function is improving. I want to thank you again for all of the prayers that have been said for her.

Thank you for your prayers.  Beckys color is coming back.  She actually has some blush to her cheeks. and she isn't bruising as much when they do the blood work. Today is her secound day for the blood exchange and I am praying that they blood that they are taking out of her starts looking more normal..

Her blood pressure went up yesterday but thankfully it is back to normal today.

My daughter Becky is very ill. She had the flu and it went into something else. Her body is building antibodies that destroy the platelets. She was bleeding internally. They have to do a procedure where they take out her blood and put good platelets in. She had one treatment today and her color is a little better but she is far from out of the woods.  It is very rare only one in a million get it.. we got her to the hospital in time. Cause if we waited any longer she wouldn't be here.  I am so worried and afraid. It is callled TTP  Her kidneys are acting up too becuase of it.

I am back and feeling alot better. Thank you for your prayers. They do help.  I still could sleep a big part of the day away but my energy is starting to come back. Yea.. I can sit up for more than an hour again...LOL..  Becky is in bed with it now. She has the stomach one and has lost alot of weight.  I stayed at her house last night so she wouldn't be alone. I hate when our kids are sick you know...

my youngest is in Seaside oregan and is just having a blast. She has been feeding seals and seeing the ocean for the first time.  I am sure she is in love with it. I miss the ocean. I grew up near it and it is hard to leave it.  Oh well maybe this summer I will take a small road trip with my children and we will go and spend a couple of days..

Merry Meet,

Sorry I haven't been online for awhile. Have been sick the last couple of days and have had a hard time just sitting up to write. Dang this flu is rough!!!!shoot.. I am glad that I get sick only every couple of years but when I do I am down..  I wanted to do a full moon ritual and I couldnt even get up. So i postioned myself on the couch where i can look out the window and see the moons glory.
